Medium Anniversary Points did not reset

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Points did not reset after anniversary reset. I'm unable to register points since I'm stuck at 500/500 points from last week.

    What is supposed to happen?: Points reset to 0/500 and I'm able to continue collecting

    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?    : Checking @points after reset

    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug     (optional): Not sure how this happened

    Extra information     (optional): I have 625 points (125 from the 2 hours server was up at the start of anni + 500 from last week)
    This has happened to 5/6 characters of mine
    Please help!! Was looking forward to farming coins ):

    I'm having this issue too with a lot of my characters. Hopefully I can add some info that'll help find the cause: it looks like all my chars that haven't been online since the points reset have their points glitched. I also didn't log into any of those chars until after today's vote reset. Every char that I logged into yesterday night after the points reset is not bugged.

    All of that seems consistent with my characters as well. I only logged onto one char before reset and that one doesn't have this bug

    Yeah I didn't log in yesterday (friday) and I'm also having this problem, it's 500/500 from last week still.

    Everyone that has this problem please make a character issue thread so we can keep track and use you as example for the overall fix.

    I will close this thread, if you are affected by this issue and have not written one yet, please make a post in the Character Issues forum, including your IGN and a screenshot of your points window. Affected players are getting looked into and fixed.

    Please do not bump your thread.

    As a note, this issue will be fixed for next week.
