Low Taiwan Quest- Jay Chou's secret lover ( Snack bar)

    Description of the bug: Received 1/1 quest item. Can't complete the quest.
    What is supposed to happen?: I should be able to complete the quest.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: While doing the quest.

    Extra information : Did snack bar kill quest, died, went back, killed it again. Received quest item. Notification popped up that its complete. Talking to NPC (Christine) says : you lost my letter? Gives you new letter to be able to enter the area to kill Snack bark. Going back in, dropping the letter or forfeiting the quest, none of these helped. I'm just stuck with the necklace without being able to finish the quest.
