Here's my initial trades so far:

Since theres not much data atm, so far it seems to be about an 80 minute hunt for my bucc, but trying a few things out still. Stormbreakers seem to be my bottleneck. I could probably speed up the badges a bit if I doubled up on characters to cover more ground, but felt it didnt match the spirit to multiclient it atm.

each run took about like 1 hour 50 minutes (this is definetly not accurate because I kept falling asleep midway or procrastinating)

#2 Subani's Ankh.

11 minutes for hearts, 57 minutes for nightshadow, 24 for firebrands and 10 minutes for windraiders. Collected stormbreakers while collecting nightshadows and firebrands. Total 102 minutes

#3 Another Subani Ankh

This time I went to CWK to hunt instead of the caverns. Windraiders at lower ascent and crimsons at the map before courtyard. 30 mins for stormbreakers, 20 minutes for firebrands, 20 minutes for nightshadows, 10 minutes for hearts and 26 minutes for windraiders. Total 106 minutes. The time taken was only 4 minutes slower than using the caverns. Managed to find a flamekeeper as consolation ;(

First exchange:

 

Did my first 3 exchanges as a lvl 135 shad with 230 aps into int/hp. The average time for each exchange is like 3 hours. I kill nightshadows in 3~4 hits and guardians 4~5

Getting into a good profit range even without a WS though.
New CWK item drop changes didn't change too much.. but from the looks of it maybe ~200k~300k more moneys / hr. Didn't get any new EQ drops though.
Also did my first hour at Stormhall. Got 111 Storm badges in an hour, but halved mesos looted. If in a rush to exchange seems like the best spot.
