Add Kedrick to Lith Harbor

Year after year, Lith Harbor experiences the same discrimination,

“Lith Harbor isn’t a real fishing town,”
“Imagine fishing in that noob town lul,”
“Where is Kedrick??” -Anonymous players

But Lith Harbor is a real fishing town! John has a fish! Teo’s there, he’s a fishing looking dude. You even got Cody posing next to a giant shark. AND YET, there is no Kedrick. We must restore Lith’s honor as a harbor town and add Kedrick!

Less noobs asking how to get to Kedrick
I waste less TP rocks

I did not suggest we remove him from any world tour maps, only that he should be added to Lith Harbor.
