I lost my reward in blackbull's quest

Description of the bug: quest "building a new house for blackbull"
What is supposed to happen?:i finished the quest and i can choose if i want scroll for bow att 10% or crossbow 10%, i decide for bow 10% but i received crossbow 10%, and same happened with my friend from my guild, we are bowmasters
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: i found last night and sent a message for gms
