Potential radical solution to the WS/CS inflation

First, and foremost is to combat gach hoarders by limiting the gach stack to 5.

Second, every X amount of time (determined by staff: ex: 1% a week) the scroll losses 1% success rate.

If someone gets a WS they will be incentivized to sell asap cause the scroll will get worse and worse. But the Gach limit will mean there will be a constant stream of WS/CS into the market. the game will not much change from the current meta of perfecting weapons, just allow more opportunities for people willing to take a ~3% fail rate at a different weapon.

PROS:
-it will encourage immediate use or immediate selling

CONS:
-buccaneers are still a thing: fuckin gimmie that lvl 64 claw =(
