We should have it when it the next update drops and it should last until Jan 3rd of next year tbh considering most people would be home for the holidays.

This is probably going to get disagreed to all hell, but here goes nothing.
We've had consistent NX drops for ages now, streaks are also frozen so everyone can get their daily 6.5k NX without any effort. Repeatedly asking for 2x at this point just feels kinda entitled to me.

Not to mention that the current rate of gaining NX + multivote combined with 2x would just accelerate the rate at which DKs are becoming obsolete due to the sheer number of 30k NLs.

 

I thought hyberbodyknights are already obsolete for the top sweaty % anyway and realistically only a minority of people are even making 30k HP NLs?

Short 2x voting events are a nice way to gain some progress, shortening the chore of only waiting for NX to progress your character... I don't see the harm.

 

As a compensation, you get nx drops now. Play the game actively or farm nx at the ghost ship and you’ll get much more nx than by voting. Play the game to get in-game rewards.

2x vote isn’t something we’re entitled to. My guess is that it was just created to avoid washing is optional memes

 

Just to add to this, 2x events usually makes things even worse to those who have problems voting on gtop.

After doing 10 hours of testing, I think this number rate is being overblown. On average, I collected 2k NX an hour across two channels, so the average player would be getting less than 1k NX an hour.

 

that's true about nx dropping. In 7f duo me and my partner get about four to six nx drop total per hour and 2:1 ratio for 100:250 nx card so like... 900 nx per hr and this is from grinding 100+ hrs last month kek. Double vote nx would be nice but I also kinda agree on we should actively playing the game

 

The last 2x vote event happened with NX dropping from mobs, so the fact we have that doesn't necessarily mean we can't have a 2x vote event as well at that now. Basically just a question of whether Kimmy/staff feel like it. Obviously not a necessity, and the server will definitely go on without a 2x vote event, but in the absence of a halloween event, it would definitely be appreciated.
