Did you check the item stats in the gach chat box? It shows the average stats of the item but in actual fact the item you receive maybe lower or higher than it is.

 

No, because if its 2 int MA 145 the text should be white clean but the scroll gives +3 INT +5 MA which means it would have to be +2 INT 140 MA when you used a wand 30% which made it +5 INT 145 MA.

 

You should check the item you received in your inventory and not from the gach text box. The item shown in the gach text box is the avg stats of the equipment which is at 2 int and 145ma.

 

On a funny side, this tread wouldn’t have exist if the scroll failed
