Windows 8/8.1/10 Unable to start game, window stops responding

    Hi new friends! I was able to play after my initial download of the game, however when I try to launch the game from my desktop the window loads but only shows a white screen, if I click the window it greys out and gives a notification to close the program for being unresponsive.

    Is there a way to correct this?

    Hi!
    Could you try running the game in Windows 7 Compatibility mode?

    Right click your shortcut > Properties > Compatibility > Select Windows 7 and check the box
