Resolved (Windows) Purchased 15k Donor points and nothing arrived

i purchased 10 at first but since nothing arrived i thought it didnt work so i paid another 5 then i realized i paid on both and nothing still arriving, usually it does take a few minutes but its been more than 30 already

 

Its been almost an hour Sir/Maam. You sure this is something normal? how long can it actually take then?

 

yeah no doubt about that i have checked it a couple times it should arrive to the account im at

i posted it there for about 30minutes ago, you can say im impatient but im sure its understandable, do you maybe know who can i contact or talk to so everything will be over fast?

 

yeah its alright, you are Retired so i didnt expect much haha, its okay a moderator already contacted me and said they have some issues right now but im not worried, thanks anyways man!
