Crossover Legends.ini : StreamerMode flag not working

Description of the bug: The StreamerMode setting doesn't actually do anything. Setting to True or False always hides the username on login
What is supposed to happen?: True is supposed to result in hidden login, whereas False results in a non-hidden login. Currently it hides on both settings
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: After downloading March 20, 2022 vday patch
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Download crossover patch. download latest version of crossover. Open maplelegends (by default StreamerMode is set to false). Login is hidden, when it's not supposed to. I've changed to true and tried, thinking someone just got the logic mixed, but still no dice. I changed back to false and still hidden.

Extra information (optional): Not a HUGE deal, but it's an annoyance especially if you have multiple accounts and you're trying to figure out which account you're logging into to. Kind of a QOL type thing
