What are the most common washing equips?

I tried finding anything related on the forum but couldn't find.
So any suggestion for common high int equips, especially those used before 3rd job, would be appreciated.

Easy to get:
Wand (8int) (beginner wand with wand 60's)
Cape (10-14int) (cape int 30's/60's are fairly cheap, 30's come from APQ)
zhelm (16/17int)

Should get:
Bathrobe (10-14int)
Eye int (<7 int) (with 60% scrolls)
dep star (5 int) (~20m, or free if you have a level 80 and you do the quest)
HTP (21-23 int)
earring (5int) (~1m per scroll)

Hard to get:
Eye int (7int+) (with 10%/30%/100% scrolls)
Glove (~8 int)

Usually not worth unless you have moolah:
shield (~7 int)
shoes (~2 int, or 7 if you have green sock)

I don't think it needs to be more specific tho. You gave me a great guideline already.
There's only one thing I would correct: The best beginner wands I could find are +7
and they are 150m+, so I don't think it's that easy to get a +8

The biggest problem that I had was trying to find the general level requirements so that I wouldn't miss their potential.
