    Description of the bug: When you complete the Quest you are able to choose a 10% weapon scroll for your Class, in my Case i choose the 10% Crossbow Atk Scroll, but after handing the Quest in i did not recieve a Scroll, Chatlog doesnt say so either. I don't know if this affects all Scrolls or just this one.

    is the quest now disabled for this bug? (i dont have the quest and i dont know why). If it's so, is the staff planning to readd it?

    This could maybe be a Neckson bug, since quest rewards are semi client sided. I haven't heard of this bug report for the 4 years we've been up, so it doesn't look like many cared about it. :p

    Will try to look into it when I can.

    I think I remember at least one of my characters not getting that reward either.

    I can confirm that this bug still exists, and in addition, there is a bug w.r.t. what scrolls are offered to warriors who complete this quest:

    Warriors are offered the expected scrolls (1H and 2H sword, 1H and 2H BW, 1H and 2H axe, polearm, and spear), plus the bow WATK 10% scroll seen in the image above. Also, when I picked the bow scroll, I did not receive any scrolls at all (just as this bug was originally reported):
