Changes to any skill and why?

    I've seen many proposed threads for class balancing in ML and they all seem to take the path of buffing existing skills; very few people ever talk about changing a useless skill out for something new.

    I was just curious as to if this was a notion on the player base to improve what we have, or the staff wanting the server not feel to 'private server-ey'.

    I think that everyone being on the same page as to how class balancing goes, what's allowed, and what's not, will only help.

    I would change final attack warrior
    Instead of splitting damage of 250% to 6 target, perform a 250% 6 target cleave :)
    Also, make it a buff instead of a passive.

    coding wise i dont think making a buff is possible tho but, who knows, maybe we can get a miracle

    final attack for warrior/archers, disorder/ninja ambush for thieves, improving mp recovery for crusaders/white knight could be considered useless by some. That's just some of them off the top of my head, I could probably find some more.

    • Good for alternative to 3 snails, since non mages can benefit.

    increase a bit more mastery for bw and axes;

    rework hero enrage

    add dot damage to inferno ranger skill

    not on skill, but make some mob to take damage from heal (anything a bit strong than gs and bit weaker than death teddies)

    Good point, I forgot about this.
    Make enrage replace ACA (making it an Advanced Advanced Combo Attack) instead of replacing rage, allowing it to stack with apples

    will be cool to have elemental slash as beginner skill but i think need to cost some MP like 5 or 7.

    to me will be nice three snails have % damage and so can be useful skill for beginners but the skill need to be weak and useful at same time. the reason i want three snails have % damage because i want to kill monsters other than basic attacks.

    ps:sorry i didn't explain how much damage three snails need have i just want that skill be OP or very weak.

    I would give Dragon Blood a better buff with a tougher hp drain.

    Dragon Blood:
    Lv 1:
    Cost: 200 MP(cast), 2% HP per 4 seconds(duration)
    Duration: 8 seconds
    Effect: weapon attack increased by 12

    Lv 20:
    Cost: 300 MP(cast), 0.5% HP per 4 seconds(duration)
    Duration: 180 seconds
    Effect: weapon attack increased by 35


    I'd also change Dark Sight to fit better as a damage prep tool.

    Dark Sight:
    Lv 1:
    Cost: 48 MP
    Duration: 10 seconds
    Effect: Disappear for duration, cannot be attacked by physical attacks. Any attack skill or attack ends this skill early and the attack will be used. When in Dark Sight, for every 3 seconds up to 3 stacks(9 seconds), the next skill you use to break out of Dark Sight will attack with +25% damage per stack. No speed decrease. Potions cannot be used.

    Lv 20:
    Cost: 32 MP
    Duration: 200 seconds
    Effect: Disappear for duration, cannot be attacked by physical attacks. Any attack skill or attack ends this skill early and the attack will be used. When in Dark Sight, for every 2 seconds, up to 6 stacks(12 seconds), the next skill you use to break out of Dark Sight will attack with +100% damage. No speed decrease. Potions still cannot be used.

    Idk the damage bonus itself can be tweaked so it's not broken as shit for a first job skill. It's also needlessly complicated I wish I just left it at "bonus for staying in DS for 3 seconds"
