Low 4th job Skill icons are displaying incorrectly on the menu.

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    What is supposed to happen?: As a person who used to deal with a bit of dev & WZ modifications in the past, I know that all skills have multiple versions for their icons. For example when you hover over it with your cursor it displays the brighter version of the icon, when a skill is unavailable it displays a black&white version and so on.

    Many 4th job skills have the problem where they display the Black&White version all of the time, even if you do have the skill.

    That's original GMS icon design.
    It doesn't matter with correct skill name.

    I'm aware this thing was also a thing in GMS (which was eventually fixed, though much later)

    To be precise, the icons are working correctly; except their default version is rather dull.

    Some icons have a different design for their Skillbook/Masterybook counterpart.
    If you would like us to use those designs for the skills page aswell, please make a Suggestions thread about it, so that a discussion and planning can be made (some of the icons may require more work - for example, Venomous Stab does not have a skillbook version).
