Gold Plates/Jewels, Plates and Crystals

Some Plates, Jewels or Crystals are used for Quests/Crafting recipes. Some with large overlapping others with none.

It'd be cool if some of the lesser used/valuable Plates and Jewels were used for more Quests or Crafting. Or even tacking them to the quests that reward High Value Scroll Rewards(I Know there's a guide for these quests somewhere) like 3 Gold Plates per quest.

Or having an NPC somewhere where you can trade/exchange 3 Gold Plates for any other Plate/Jewel or Crystal.

Just some thoughts on current Pricing/Value of these items from Crafting and Quests.

Crafting:
Due to End Game Crafting; Dragon, Timeless and Reverse Crafting, it puts additional pressure/value on some Ores more than others due to Class/Weapon Popularity. So I Feel like adding a Jewel, Plate and Crystal Requirement unique to each class would be interesting.
Example being "Reverse Bergamot"(level 150 Warrior Reverse Gloves) Requires currently per glove to craft ore wise: 10 Power Crystal, 2 Dex Crystal and 3 Orihalcon Plates. But if it required instead 8 Power Crystal, 2 Dex, 3 Orihalcon Plates and 3 Opal(or another less used Jewel) then it'd reduce pressure on Power Crystals but keep the current Pressure on Orihalcon.
Other Examples would be adding Plates to the other 4 classes so not other would Bowman Require Emeralds but Adamantium Plates as well, Magicians(being the lowest popularity for Timeless/Reverse Equipment) on top of Sapphire Jewels Bronze or Steel Plates, Thiefs(NightLords being one of the highest single target dps in the game currently) on top of Amethyst Jewels they'd get Gold Plates(a great Gold sink in my opinion) and finally Pirates would use Silver Plates with their current Aquamarines.

Exchange Quest NPC in Deadmine and/or Guild PQ Area:
Would be interesting to see the addition of a Crystal/Jewel/Plates Exchange NPC where you'd be able to exchange 3 Crystal/Jewel/Plates of a selected Crystal/Jewel/Plate where upon you'd then be given a randomized reward of 5-15 ores(not complete Crystal/Jewel/Plates therefore adding a tiny but still meso sink) of the other two categories available.
Example being if you Exchange 3 Gold Plates you can only Receive Jewels or Crystal Ores.
Plates = Jewel/Crystal ores
Jewels = Crystal/Plate ores
Crystal = Jewel/Plate ores

The 5 or 15 rewards would be based on the current player value of Crystal/Jewel/Plates which have be standard for the last few months as far as I know. Jewels like Emerald, Amethyst and Aquamarine have higher values due to end game crafting. Plates such as Mithril and Orihalcon have higher values due to Horntail Prequest and end game Crafting. And Finally Power, Dex and to a lesser Degree Luk and even Lesser Degree Dark Crystals have Massive Value due to end game Crafting/Ravana Prequest and for Dark Crystals the 3rd job Advancement Quiz.

Obviously these Crystal/Jewel/Plates Values don't matter to everyone but at the same time experienced players can prey upon unexperienced players when it comes to the value of these items. So more knowledge equals a better experience for all in my opinion
