The GM Event SCANDAL of January 30, 2023

My friends today on January 30, 2023, there is controversy about the winner of the russian roulette not being delivered. But instead, he had defeat snatched from the jaws of victory(strongly implied victory).


There were not one but THREE major scandals that occurred during this event.
In the closing rounds of russian roulette, its ideal that you don't share platforms with other people. When there were 4 people left, one of the GMs(Darlene) rolled a number, which had 3 of the remaining 4 players on it. Instead of crowning the remaining one as victor, the other GM(Ari) rescinded that roll and gave the other 3 another chance in order to get 3 winners. Instead of rewarding the player who optimally stands on the least occupied spaces, they decided give the pepegas another chance.

We of course know how this goes. In a cruel twist of fate, the supposed victor first gets out in the final four, but in a scandalous fashion. The helper GM(Darlene) rolled the die slightly early, before the roll 4 command by the main GM. The roll was NOT rescinded this time. Of course, the supposed victor was subsequently eliminated.

To add insult to injury, after the event took place, I left the map and was PERMANENTLY STUNNED!

Apparently if you leave too early, you don't get the scroll of secrets/trophy/smega.

This was all that was said.

It was NOT implied that I would not get an reward if I left too early. It sure as heck DID NOT imply that I would be permanently stunned when I returned to town. It only IMPLIED that I would be called a loser. So I left before she said that, because I am NOT a loser. After @GM, I was also not compensated for my efforts unfortunately.


Moral of the story: Game only rewards bad players.
