Low it seems mortal blow skill doesn't work properly

    hi i'm playing sniper recently (77lv) and i mastered mortal blow first.
    and it seems the excution function of mortal blow (10% chance to instance kill 50% below) doesn't work. can you please check it out?

    Keep in mind that mortal blow only actives when a monster is inside your minimum range, and it activates at a 90% rate with a 10% chance to kill.

    This means if you hit something with strafe below 50%, it will never proc mortal blow. But if you melee attack something, you have a 9% chance of killing it with mortal blow below 50%.

    no. it has two seperated function, not giving a chacne to kill only when you close-ranged attack

    Not sure what you're talking about, mortal blow works fine. Mortal blow is the attack that triggers when you're in melee range of the monster (replaces bow whack). It doesn't trigger on any skills like strafe, like beegoratto said. Tested 1 min ago.
