Everything is definitely included in my guide. The only thing is that I haven't been able to double check/confirm the items in orange yet. I made a second character and went ham questing on it but went back to focus on my main character.

Besides that, I'm just not 100% sure on the previous event quests and have no way to confirm unless they're offered again in the future.

Zak prequests don't count in hidden as I don't believe they pop up in your quest manager. However, everyone does Zak for the helm or for bossing at one point or another so I don't think it should be an issue.
