Accepted Remove the golem on F18 of the demon tower (event)

    Everything else in the jump quest feels fair... except for the golem which you are forced to jump directly into on floor 18. I just went with a party of 4 where 3 of us (3 lives, 2 lives, 2 lives) jumped to kill the golem at the same time. 2 of us were immediately knocked off, and only 1 person survived. There was nothing we could do. It was rng.

    Please make the jump quest fair and skill-based by removing just this 1 golem.

    Honestly i think if you could see where you're landing for the platform, it wouldn't be an issue, but the fact you gotta blind jump up top and are forced to tank it is really frustrating. The top left platform in room 16 is also set-up like this, and is equally frustrating.

    16 is frustration if you do it alone. With a party, you can actually have a person scout where the golem is. The other thing about 16 is that it's the first floor after a checkpoint. With 18, it's a ~5-min journey there.

    add onto to this thread I think fall damage should NOT remove hearts the event is already frustrating rng and now you add an element thats just just impossible to avoid and you punish the player further

    it's definitely bad design but if you jump up solo and hold down attack, you can kill it while only taking 1 damage (sometimes 0 if golem is on the right edge)

    Tweaked the camera live so its visible. Bless our wonderful client allowing us to do this without a patch.
