Windows 8/8.1/10 won't launch after download (have BitDefender)

    Hi,

    Immediately after downloading when it says it will launch the app, this message pops up:
    On Windows 10, the desktop/start menu icon looks like a broken URL icon. When double-clicked, there is a pop-up window of just text including instructions on:
    I have BitDefender and have made exclusions for the entire folder in question.

    Please send help. Been trying to play for years..

    Make an exception with BitDefender. I can't get things whitelisted from non-microsoft products often because they are picky, and bitdefender is one of the most annoying ones with mcafee
