Other Game freeze and crash at random periods

    Hi everyone,
    The game keep crashing unexpectedly.
    I've provided below all of the relevant information that came in my mind.

    What am i missing??? Please help me!

    System details:
    I am using a high end PC:
    graphic driver: nvidia gtx4080,
    memory: corsair 32GB DDR5,
    CPU: intel i7 13k
    OS: Windows 11 pro

    Game configurations:
    In the Legends.ini i've already set:
    FastLoading = false
    AutoClearCache = true
    Transition = 2 (also crashed on 3 and on 1)

    Security setup:
    I use ESET Nod32 anti virus and internet protection and added an exception for the entire MapleLegendsHD directory with the exe files in it additionally.
    Windows defender is off.

    Compatibility configurations:
    I also changed compatibility for windows 7,
    Run installation and the maplelegends.exe file as administrator
    and disabled fullscreen optimization for the game exe file.

    Im also having bad persistent crashing on windows 11 on a high end rig. My primary comp on win 10 has minimal issues

    Based on crash logs for associated DLLs, it might be an issue with your system files. You can try running a system checker to see if those files are corrupted:

    In case the article is old, you are looking to run SFC scan. You can also run a DISM scan. If those don't work, I guess make sure your Microsoft Redistributable and NET framework are installed. You can also check your system language/keyboard settings.

    also Microsoft Redistributable and NET framework are installed (latest versions)

    what about my system language? what should i look for?

    Based on the DLLs (coremessaging, textinputframwork, MSCTF), do you have any speech recognition software set to run on startup? If so, try disabling that.

    same issue to me and few of my friend here.
    the game ran with no problem on my pc for years till this issue started like few day ago. (i did nothing but turn off and on my pc but this started happened.)
    i can still run the game smoothly till it accidentally crash. (it happened every 10-60 mins)
    my case is it crashed with a text showed "runtime error".

    i dont get that runtime error message but it crashed in the same rate
