secondary NX slots for ( CAPE, EFFECT, HAT. FACE/EYE)

we should be able to stack more cosmetics to fit our needs in obtaining a certain aesthetic look. every player has a desire to set up a wide variety of skins and sometimes we have no option but to choose 1 particular layer over the other.
why not give us the choice to layer them up?

random examples: blush and toast/bubble gum? face nx accessory? layer them together!
want two effects at once? combine them because now you can layer 2 of them!
found a cape that strangely works as a effect but can't wear it with another cape skin? don't fret! you can stack that as your 2nd NX cape layer!

also, looking for player commands for constant facial expressions.
