    Thank you for putting it into perspective. I have decided to scale back my efforts so that I am only voting on 0-2 accounts. And once HP challenges are completely rolled out I will be able to scale it back even further.

    How do you suggest that this new rule be enforced? Is it 1 vote per IP address? What if multiple people use the same internet or a person uses a public wifi?
