Happy Lunar New Year, Legends! We hope you have been enjoying the new year, and have been keeping up with your New Year's resolutions!

A true test of one's skills and fortitude, The Dragon's Challenge is the perfect way to put one's mind, body, and patience to the test! Is there a better way to start the new year?

We are challenging our Community to see who can complete the Jump Quest the fastest, meaning in the shortest amount of time possible.

How to Enter:

• Record yourself completing the Jump Quest from start to finish.
• Upload your recording to YouTube as an unlisted video.
  
• Submit the link to your unlisted video to me, Ariami, here on the Forums by sending me a Private Message ("Start a Conversation") and titling your submission: "LNY 2024 Community Event Submission"

Rules and Requirements:

1. Recordings must start and finish in the map, "Gold Richie's Lunar New Year Party".
   
2. Times will be judged based on the in-game timekeeping of the Jump Quest, so make sure your chatbox is visible in your recording.
   
3. Only 1 submission per participant is permitted.
   
4. Any evidence of foul play will result in an instant disqualification from the event and/or ban from MapleLegends entirely, depending on the severity of the offense.
5. Please submit your submissions to me before Wednesday, March 20th (23:59:59 Server Time), which is 1 day after the Event concludes.

There will be multiple runners-up depending on how many entries are close/within milliseconds to seconds of each other!

 

The Storm Dragon is a permanent pet! Just like Donor Pets, the Storm Dragon will not have an expiry date.

 

Hello everyone! To clarify, this is a recent change decided by the Staff. Those of you who won our Summer 2023 Community Event and received an Octopiii pet will have the expiration of your Octopiii fixed to reflect this recent change in a future patch/maintenance. Thanks for your understanding!

 

As in to make your Event Pets permanent as if you bought them with Donor NX from the Cash Shop?

It's something we can discuss, for sure!
