Add 30%/70% Bot Dex Scrolls w/ Acc to Gachapon

So I recently learned that 30% and 70% bottom dex scrolls that give acc can't be obtained via gachas, which I guess explains why I could almost never find any on owl. Only a very small handful of scrolls belong to this group, which includes the likes of earring hp scrolls and 30% knuckle for acc. While they do drop from some mobs, their drop table is rather atrocious and consists entirely of Rash, Thanatos, and BGA (everyone's favorite boss).

Whether intentional or simply an oversight (the dex scrolls that give speed instead have the same name), their arbitrary exclusion from gachapon feels a bit like a regressive and marginalizing one given that it is weirdly only warriors (buccs to a much lesser degree), a group of already arguably lower tier classes, that have had accuracy inadequacies foisted upon them (nerf bucc acc ).

As I see no reason for why the pursuit of accuracy by the sole few tormented by its necessity should be made needlessly more difficult, I am suggesting that the 30% and 70% scrolls for bottom dex that give acc both be added to the gachapon table.

P.S. Can we give the speed and acc variants different names so as to be less confusing, e.g. "Bottomwear for Accuracy" or something?
