So, blacklisting a player does block a player from trading another player, and whispering, but the blacklisted player can still stalk and harass the other player by using the /find command, so my suggestion is to block that command to be done by player A who blacklisted player B, by player B.

From what I heard Blacklist is 100% client sided, thus we cannot add features to it.

How about a feature that will allow you to block a player from doing any commands on you? Doesn't have to be a blacklist feature.

Rejected. If there is a harassment problem, it is much better solved by just reporting the player. This code, while it wouldn't be very difficult to add, wouldn't be very pretty as it would require an interface to both add and remove players from this "no tracking list", likely by NPC and command. I also believe that players themselves are just as good, if not better, than GMs when it comes to tracking hackers, and this might allow hackers to have an easier time avoiding being caught.

You know what. I was just going to say you could probably rip the same kind of buddylist structure and use it for your new blacklist thing, but Navi's got a good point. GMs here are awesome and will take care of your little problem. :)

Blacklist is client side. Server doesn't receive any packets from the client when names are added and removed. Pretty sure the client just checks if a whisper/buddy request/guild invite/party invite coming into the client is from someone who has a name in the blacklist and if so, it doesn't show it.
