Buccaneer glitches

1-Energy charge ist working as it should, one of the bonuses of being charged is +20acc that isnt working, you can see you acc increasing but you will still miss as often as when you where uncharged
(I tested this on nightsahdows a mob with insane avoid annd where I have a 75% hit ratio, when im charged i still missing but when I have bless +20acc also i stop missing)
The attack increase seems to work and I dont know if teh +20 avoid is working

2-Speed infusion should have that +1 extra speed on lv11 not at lv12 as the glitched skills thread says

3- if two marauders have the skill stun mastery with lv1 or more they will see each other dealing crit dmg all the time in third person even if you arent dealing such crits

 

Nice now i will look stronger

 

All are except the acc applying when you are charged, if you check ou your stats you will see that you are getting that +20acc but still missing as often
