    So it's static damage and not influenced by attack range, even against bosses?

    I'm assuming snipe still has a long CD which would make you useless without a weapon.

    In response to the 99k dmg cap and piercing arrow, and as a former marksman in GMS, I say:

    Snipe should 1-shot-kill any non-boss mob " Delivers a Lethal blow" <---- HELO

    Can piercing arrow break damage cap please ? Its not like I have anything else to look forward to in 4th other than Sharp Eyes and Pierce.

    I'd also like to request that we increase the droprate of snipe 30 from HT. Because of the way snipe works, having it only at lvl 20 makes you much weaker than level 30.
    Here's what i mean:
    -Lvl 1: 250 second cooldown (24k dpm)
    -Lvl 20: 60 second cooldown (100k dpm, 4x stronger than lvl 1)
    -Lvl 30: 5 or 10 second cooldown im not sure (600k or 1.2 mil dpm, 6-12x stronger than lvl 20)
    No other horntail-exclusive mastery book gives anywhere near this much of a change from lvl 20-30, with the only one I would consider somewhat close being berserk because of the hp %.

    I know having snipe 30 drop from something else would be "waaay too radical", so I think adjusting the drop rate to at least 1 guaranteed per kill is more fair. We've adjusted drop rates before because of the size of our server, so I think making it drop more often from HT is a way to balance the ridiculous power shift from lvl 20-30.

    Well, sorry, but I do disagree with the increased drop rate of snipe 30. See, here's the thing. There just aren't many marksmen. It's always been like that in terms of player demographics. So if the drop rate of snipe 30 is increased disproportionately, you might get your book 3-10 runs faster at first, but then after that every additional skill book that drops will be a waste.

    I'm interested to know why there is even a damage cap in the first place, it seems dumb to me. With that said, yea I agree it should be lifted.
