Cant connect to the server

    for some reason when i try to load up maplestory it cant connect to the server...
    please fix it D:

    Can you provide more information? What version of windows are you running?
    Make sure you have a stable connection and are running the right fixes for whichever version of windows you have.

    Please fill this in,

    What error are you getting?

    How far into the process can you get (log-in screen, character select, in-game), if any?

    If you go under account settings on the main site does it say your banned?

    Have you tried resetting your wifi connection/restarting your modem?

    Is your antivirus on? (Is so turn it off and try)

    Does your connect block certain ports?

    error:"we are unable to MapleLegends. please check the MapleLegnds homepgae for ongoing server checks and updates.
    i cant even get into the login screen.
    it says im not banned.
    i tried reset my modem, pc and log in from diffrent pc.
    my antivirus is off.
    note: when my game did i had another problem that when i try to change channel or exit out of the cash shoop i got DC(idk if it helps)

    Change your compatibility mode to Windows 98/ME if not already at that (under "Properties"). If that still doesn't work, try running the client 15+ times, sometimes it takes many tries before it runs.

    Also make sure Windows Defender is off as well :)

    Oh that happened to me earlier today. I just re-downloaded Maplelegends and it was fine after that.

    I don't know the issue. When you are banned you can still get at least to login screen, so this is something related to user's connection.

    my game is working now but i still dc when i cc or exit out of the cash shoop(at least i can play now :))
