Crafting with stimulator NPC Mos

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Crafting Equip with a stimulator alway giving me lowest weapon attack it happened 4 time in a row.
    What is supposed to happen?: I should be getting a random weapon attack on my weapon.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Leafre/Mos Npc

    Hello there, i have crafted 3 dragon sleeve (46 weapon atk) and one dragon shiner (95 weapon atk) somehow it alway have the lowest weapon attack possible, everytime i crafted those gear i either used a crap red craven or a bad nisrock but it should not be affecting the weapon attack of the weapon made when i use a stimulator it should be completly random. I hardly believe i had insane badluck 4 time in a row, its basicaly impossible that i have got 4 time the worst weapon atk on the 4 weapon ive made with a stimulator, so i would like you guys to investigate it please. Thanks you.

    I never have get 4 time lowest atk that basicaly impossible, ill make more if they dont investigate, if it happen again for a total of 8 weapon then i can confirm it is definaly a bug.

    Hm, I just tried crafting one Sleve and I got 54 attack. Let us know if you continue rolling the same lowest attack equips.
