I know Navi is working hard on the next rev but I thought I'd suggest this a little earlier than my previous event idea to give some wiggle room if you guys decide to go with this.

Before I give my suggestion I'm going to ask for help, I've searched quite a bit but so far I'm unable to find the fine details of most of the Halloween events GMS/EMS had back in the version but I will post what have found so far.

With October right around the corner that means it almost time for Halloween!

Collect Pumpkin Pieces

Starting Location: Haunted House : Foyer

Maid Masked Gentleman is hosting a Halloween party at the Haunted Unknown. The friendly yet slightly eerie looking Maid awaits your arrival...
In Progress:

Maid Requires Pumpkin Pieces x 50 Maid wants me to collect and bring her the Pumpkin Pieces left over from making halloween Jack-o'-Lanterns. She says that she will give me a Halloween Pumpkin Hat which she made herself, as a gift in return. Let me follow Maid to go make a Jack-o'-Latern.

Pumpkin Pieces XX/50. Takes Pumpkin Pieces x 50
Rewards Halloween Pumpkin Hat x 1 (Info on Hat: Here)
Completed:
Bring the Pumpkin Pieces to Maid and received a Halloween Pumpkin Hat in return. Apparently, only 1 pumpkin hat is made per day, so I should go get myself a pumpkin hat to wear to the party.

Completion Requirements
This quest can be started by talking to Olivia located outside the Haunted House in Masteria. After the quest is started, hunt down 100 monsters, depends on your level, in the Mansion's Main Chimney.

Notes
The following quest is called Olivia: "Find My Daddy". In this quest you have to collect keys (Gold, Silver, Bronze), 25 of each one, which can dropped from any monster in the Haunted House. When you'll come back to Olivia, you'll get Olivia's Letter. You need to give this letter t Olivia's dad which in the Piano Room. Olivia will also take all the keys and give you one key to open the door, in the following Olivia: "Bring My Daddy". Olivia will give you the Letter and the key together inside an envelope. After you'll give the envelope to Olivia's dad, Joe, you'll need to do the following quest - Joe:"Clear The Way". In this one you'll have to kill 100 Sophilia Dolls and 1 Voo Doo. In the next one, Father:"Dirty House", Joe will ask you to fetch his butler, Steward, which on the red stairs. Steward will be annoyed about that so you'll have to click on him again. In Steward:"I'm a Butler, Not a Maid!", Steward will tell you about Master Jonas' ghost in the Toy Room. You need to give Master Jonas 10 tombstones, then he can trust you. The tombstones dropped from all monsters, at a decent rate. The following is Jonas:"Jonas' Presence". This quest is depends on your level too. This time you'll have to get Jonas' daugther, Sophilia's favorite doll, which in a blue box in Sophilia's Room. After you finish, Jonas is telling you that Steward's great mission is to protect a secret room. After you go to Steward and click Butler:"The Trap", steward will talk to you and then you'll need to click him again. This time, click "Talk to the Butler about Olivia". Now Steward will finally let you enter the Hallway. Notice that you can only enter the room 3 times a day. In the Hallway you click on Steward, then "Talk to the Butler about Olivia" again and then "Where is Olivia's Secret Room?" You'll have to be on a 3 members min party to enter the room. After you and your party are in the room, One of the members will need to click on the flying book on the low right side, and type "Olivia", then click okay. After a couple of seconds, the mirror will break and Olivia's ghost will appear. Her strength is depends on the level of the leader. After defeating Olivia, you'll have to collect 20 Dolls that dropped from her. the range of dropping is 0-5 dolls each time, so you'll have to defeat Olivia more than one time. Once you got all the dolls and gave them to Steward, you'll get Olivia's Chair.

Getting the secret letter!

In this party quest you must gather all 7 secret letters from the pile of Stones. Talk to our Event NPC Charles for guidance.

Quest 02
Eliminating Guy Fawkes!

Once you have completed the first quest, you can participate in stopping Guy Fawkes! Talk to our Event NPC Charles for guidance.

Bonus Map
NPC Lara is looking for brave warriors to explore her bonus map.

The entrance ticket to Treasure Dungeon can be purchased in the cash shop.

Each time you complete the quests you can get one of the following rewards:

Guy Fawkes’s Hat (STR) x 1

Guy Fawkes’s Hat (DEX) x 1

Guy Fawkes’s Hat (INT) x 1

Guy Fawkes’s Hat (LUK) x 1

Accept the quest from Witch Malady, Halloween Candy drops from all mobs so collect them throughout the world. Trade in stacks of 100 candies to Malady for a chance at random items.

Just wanted to let you know that belts aren't in v62. You won't ever have to worry about them OP Purple Witch Belts being here

purple witch belt pls , along with first day release glitch where newties dropped the red coins ! i think it was like 50/100 for a belt chaos scroll aswell , fun fun, than they patched it so only mini boss dropped the red coins
