Zakum prequest level 3 glitched

Description of the bug:
After dropping the NPC items I got from doing the level 1 & 2 (Fire Ore & Breath of Fire), every time I talk to Adobis, this chat box keeps popping up:


I already did all the zakum prequests before, but I went there again to help my friends complete them.
I don't mind doing the prequests again, but right now I can't do them because it won't let me do them.
I can't enter Zakum either because of that.

What is supposed to happen?:
Give me the option to redo level 1 and level 2

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug :

1. Talk to Adobis
2. Select Level 1
3. Completed Level 1
4. Talk to Adobis
   
5. Select Level 2
   
6. Completed Level 2
7. Drop Level 1 & 2 NPC items (Fire Ore & Breath of Fire)
8. Talk to Adobis
   
9. Select Level 3
10. Now it's stuck on that chat box every time I talk to Adobis

 

I have spaces, but I'm not supposed to be able to clear level 3 since I dropped the other NPC items.
I have to redo the other levels (1 & 2), but it won't let me do it.

 

I know that, but the problem is that it won't let me do the stage 1 and 2 again. I get the chat box on the screenshot when I talk to Adobis.
