    Just a Permanoob here looking for people to PQ with :p (add me on buddylist maybe?)
    I'm level 17 as I'm posting this so I can only participate in HPQ but I will probably get to 21 after school so I can also participate in KPQ then , but if I do find a party for KPQ I might not be able to get the tix on my own atleast not at level 21 cause I don't even have a 10dex robe to boost my accuracy as I just joined this server
