[POLL] Which Version do you like the most? {Answer Truthfully}

I got that part but the jump from current GMS to a nostalgic 2x EXP v62 server is quite a big one.

 

v0.55 is my favorite version for private servers. I remember there was a v0.40 BETA server at one point, but it was way too buggy to even function as a game.

v0.55 is more nostalgic / challenging than v0.62, in my opinion. v0.55 is much more difficult than v0.62, since it does not have near as many training spots that v0.62 has. There is no jump-down which does make things a little harder, but it's not that big of a difference really.
Also, v0.55 doesn't have Pirates which in v0.62 just feel super incomplete / still being worked on, while I do enjoy the class it just doesn't feel like the job itself is complete in comparison to other classes.

 

This is the only version with a guide that shows how to run it on linux.

 

Overall i like 62 better, but i really like KoC and Ereve. Amazing place with good music and a somewhat ok storyline.

 

big bang was actually pretty good when it first came out. if only they didn't keep potentials..

 

If the potential system wasn't pay2win it would've been a DRASTIC improvement of a dead-end game. It provided so much end-game oppurtunity...

 

I just want to see Aran, Dual Blades, and maybe KoC idk. Also CWKPQ and Scarlion PQ. But that's where I draw the line.

BigBang wasn't bad when it came out but the the map changes were totally ass backwards.

 

Whatever the fuck version was around before mp3/gs2.

 

v35 best version. No gs2, no mp3, no himes, no bullshit.

True and yes. Maple Beta only had Archer, Mage, and Warrior class.

 

The best version was right when Ludi came out and everyone was past 150 on second job lmao
