Steal skill doesn't work on LPQ Ratz

I'm making this thread for a friend since he doesn't have a forum account.

My friend is a bandit and he maxed steal. The only reason he maxed it was so he could steal passes from Ratz in LPQ, which was a feasible tactic in GMS and pretty much the only application for it as it does nothing else. I believe it should be fixed since this is how it was in GMS and creates an interesting dynamic where steal bandits can be a substitute for a mage (for the extra pass); doesn’t create a problem anyway since it’s a completely niche ability to have.

It shouldn't be defined as smuggling, as smuggling is an exploit. Stealing is just a function of the game. If you steal a pass from a Ratz, you get 1 pass. If you kill that same Ratz you get another pass. So if you were to do this for enough Ratz, theoretically you could skip the Mage portals in later stages because passes aren't taken away when you go to the next stage (at least last time I LPQed).

Also, at level 30 Steal it's still only a 40% success rate. If a bandit were to do this, they'd have to put all of their skills on hold just to get this very slight advantage in LPQ.

It was this way in GMS v62 so I don't see why it shouldn't be considered. I don't believe that adding this would do any harm because bandits are such an underplayed class, and 99% of them don't even touch Steal in the first place.
