Voting rewards missing?

    In-Game Name:Long
    Issue: Voting rewards missing
    Details: Voted but recieved no nx (You should always recieve it instantly (waiting 2 days normally wont fix it))

    (thanks for the help fear.)

    I voted through the website about 18hours ago and never received a reward. Do I need to do something else?

    No you need to make an official appeal to get refunded. Please check if you were loggend in and you actually did the fun captcha and then clicked the red button to vote.

    If you give me 1 second ill link you to the appeal thread.

    You you need to post in this section, just use that format, it will make it easier for the staff and will get you refunded quicker =D.

    Did you complete the captcha and click the big red vote for MapleLegends button on the GTOP website?

    What happens when you try and vote again now?

    Can you try voting from a mobile connection (3G/4G, make sure you have Wi-Fi off) and see if it works?

    Are you sure you are logged in with ur account?
    You can check this by looking at your adress bar

    For me it shows Username=Fear because that is my user name but for you it should show your user name.

    If you did this then I feel like the gms should refund you seeing as you gave sufficient evidence I think.


    Also the format should be filled in like this:
    In-Game Name:Long
    Issue: Voting rewards missing
    Details: Voted but recieved no nx (You should always recieve it instantly (waiting 2 days normally wont fix it))

    I'm going to try from a different ip address, so I hope you guys don't ban for me vote abuse. Hope my issues fixes, I'll keep you updated.

    EDIT: I voted from a different I.P. address and it went through. I guess I can skip one day of no rewards because I'll be here for the long run. Thanks for the replies and cooperation.
