Beholder not buffing wep master?

Description of the bug: Not receiving a stat increase in attack stat after leveling beholder from 1 to 3
What is supposed to happen?: After leveling from 1 to 3, beholder gives 10% weapon mastery (instead of 5%) so the min attack should increase
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Today (December 22nd, 2015)
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): level beholder from 1 to 3, but no change in min attack
Extra information (optional): When I first leveled beholder from 0 to 1, there was a change in attack

 

Okay so you dont receive the buff at lvl 3 beholder, you get at at lvl 4 or 5. So any DK that runs into this, just know you have to lvl it more. This can be closed
