For the "Forbidden" map apparently Neckson still updated the map later on, but in end the map was never used. In 0.62 (or after the bug was discovered and fixed) they added this huge entrance object even though it does nothing. They also wiped the mobs, but music is still silent. The map is still in v0.83 as well but identical and still unused.



The map ID of the map is 600010000 and the map to Subway is 600010001. So I guess the reason the Mystic Door bug was a thing is most likely because the Mystic Door had an ID set to bring the user back to 600010000, thus brings the user to the forbidden map. Why the forbidden map is 600010000 and Subway 600010001 I don't know. Maybe during beta the plans were to make NLC reachable a different way? I checked v40 when NLC came out and the Forbidden map was already inside the .wz files (the older version like the video), as well as the Subway.
