rare scrolls?

    hey there are a list of scrolls i would like to know where they are obtained from.

    bot dex 60% - HT drops i know, yeti and pepe should drop (wasted so many hours there can any1 confirm he got that there?), any place else?
    Mask acc 60% - i know they are somewhere no idea where
    Top Str 60% - ????? no idea if they are even real

    Bottom dex 60 - Horntail and pepe and yeti. ( never farmed it but people seem pretty sure this is true)
    Mask acc 60 - if these exist then its probably gacha? never seen one i don't think.

    I've seen noods selling the first 2 in fm for time to time, by the way.

    top str 60 from horntail and I've heard from singapore gachapon too, can't confirm though
    bot dex 60 from horntail and also singapore gacha but can't confirm. it doesn't drop from yeti and pepe. the yeti and pepe it refers to is the one from the mushroom kingdom story which we dont have
    no idea on mask acc 60

    I could swear I found the thing about mushroom kingdom somewhere but I can't find it again... My bad, I must be dreaming of those scrolls now, so hard to find them OnionGloomy
