Can't vote (Potentialy resolved)

Me and my girlfriend are in seperate college apartments near by, all given wifi through the school with differnt routers.
The first day we both could vote on our seperate wifis. After the first day our vote timers seem linked. So now only one of us can vote per day

No wifi source is working(tried like 10 differnt ones), nor is my data or phone restart. My ip is changing each time.I can only conclude somehow the website is recognizing my phone. I'll try other devices when I get the chance.

I have confirmed that all the differnt wifi and devices I've tried are using differnt ip addresses despite gtop100 telling me they are the same. (Myipaddress.com). Even when using my friends tablet on a wifi he pays for

This leads me to believe that gtop100 some how thinks my maple legends account has the same ip as my girlfriend no matter where I log in from.

Any other advice is welcome, especially from a GM.

 

That may be the issue, I tried at a friends and at a store with completely seperate wifi, still failed. I have been very confused as why that is, but I tried in a row from my phone. I'll try it tomarrow morning

 

Still not working, i tried using my phones data/ disabled wifi,and it's still picking up her timer!
Doesn't make any sense.

I'm using my phone, trying both data and differnt wifi

She's voting on her phone at her apartment, I seem to be getting her vote timer on my
Phone, her wifi, my wifi, friends houses wifi, store wifi and campus wifi.

Zero sense is being made.
Edit: I confirmed all these sources have differnt ips

 

No source of wifi seems to work, I've tried at several other completely seperate wifis.
I've also tried airplane mode and data, and I confirmed my phone ip has been changing and it still says I have my girlfriends wifi.

I can only conclude that it must be my phone that the website is some how recognizing.

I'm going to try other devices at other locations

 

Using myipadress.com I have confirmed that every wifi and data plan I am using have differnt ip addresses but gtop100 is still telling me "this ip has already voted" consistent with my girlfriends timer.
I went so far as to use my friends tablet at his house with his own seperate wifi he pays for. Still did the same thing.
And since every one in the world doesn't have my problem. The only thing that seems to be left is a problem with my maple legends account, so that no matter where I log in from t still thinks my account has my girlfriends ip

 

Yes I'm sure, she has been voting for four days now and I have been unable to after the first day. But I have been trying, and receiving no nx
