    Hello Maplers,

    In roughly 30 minutes the server will need a quick restart to apply some fixes. It will last approximately 5 minutes. Upon completion, the game will be brought back online and service will be restored. Once restored, you can login and play!

    What will be unavailable:
    • All MapleLegends game servers and channels
    Changes and Updates:
    • Fix exploit
    If you have any errors after the restart, please create a bug report and describe the issue.

    shockmush How did you find out about the exploit? Did someone use the exploit?

    It's possible. I don't believe we have logs to find out about the particular exploit. It was basically possible to trade and transfer untradeable items (e.g. Zakum Helmets), so definitely a nasty one. Although it could've been worse (dupez) so just wanted it patched asap.

    Just as further clarification is that I did find the exploit while toying around with some features, so its not that someone has reported it to us. Also, after digging in all the logs I personally believe that nobody has found the exploit nor used it.

    Of course after I did find it, it got patched immediately.
