    Yes, you do need to enter the party quest to do it or else the only way is doing it on another character or asking a lower lvl to collect them for you.

    You just solved your problem ^^

    Otherwise the most reasonable "fix" would be to add a lvl cap to that quest which I doubt you'd want.

    Why i would not want it to have a level restriction if we cant even do it be ourself be logical, thanks.

    There's a quest for killing HT aswell ;). It's not a big deal anyways.

    I liked being able to help out higher lvl people when I was doing PPQ. You hardly get that opportunity when you're low lvl.
