Depends on your play style, if you really focus on one character it will pay off, no matter what you choose. Even with no funds its possible to achieve big goals if you commit to something.

Stick to one character, create your own story. Starting with a bishop... yeah sure you can selfleech your second character, and have int gear + money. It depends on what you want really. Just my personal point of view, don't be like others create something unique of your own.

 

Go with whichever suits your play style the most, and don't be afraid of trying either. You don't have to like the first character that you create, so go with one that you think is best for you and if that doesn't work out for you, at least you would have learned that class isn't for you. Once you've found your class, you'll know it and without you even realizing it, you've made it to 4th job with it.

I myself have made every class since I've found out that Dark Knights are my type of class and that I enjoy the most out of all. So just don't create a character because you feel like you're obligated to, cos then you won't enjoy the game. It's a social game that we all play to enjoy, create the class you feel closest to

 

Don't think too much bout it and just pick the one that's most fun for you! I chose sin and im getting by pretty well

It will take a while to get the funds to be extremely good but with anniversary coming up you can grind for your own claw?

 

You're not the only one, I couldn't make up my mind to choose a job advancement by become a Cleric or a I/L; More or less it's more of a play style you like to enjoy perhaps, write down on a small piece of paper that describes yourself what you "see" yourself of that character. Or get the "feel" of the character.

 

They should add a personality test that afterward, suggests a class that best suits you!

(Kinda like Elder Scrolls Morrowind if you've ever played that)

It would be rarely used i'm sure, but a fun/cool addition to the game
