A suggestion for the upcoming defense rework

    Had this idea randomly, what if w.def reduced the duration of stun and m.def the duration of sed? Nothing major, but it should feel tangible when wearing def scrolled equips or for a warrior with lots of w.def for example.

    Of course might not be doable on v62 but you never know.

    True... what if you made it so avoiding or shifting put you out of breathOnionF3

    That might actually be an ok avoid/shifter nerf... But at the cost of some qol in general.

    Pertaining to the defense rework, not the topic: Why not just manually adjust a lot of defense values for various armors?

    Like in maple, there's this bizarre phenomenon that monsters do like 200-500 damage at lvl 60, and then at lvl 70 it hikes up to like over 1000 making defense gains null.

    Adjust the armors on corresponding levels to match that jump. Maybe reverse/timeless tarragon should provide like 1400 weapon/magic defense. The gloves and boots each provide like 200. The helmet like 500 defense. The shield another 800. That's a noticeable 2300 that is an estimate chunk off on damage taken. And item level ups can be more substantially affected by defense.

    Make stuff like the neos armor and pants 400 defense each, commodore 350 each, the battle road 600.

    These boosts would still ensure that you don't take 0 damage from higher monsters like himes or skelegons, but substantial enough that it's noticeable you take less damage in boss runs.
