    Is it possible to obtain a T10 ring while missing a few sets from the book, or do you need to fill the entire book?

    No, all you will need is 300 complete sets, and there are far more monsters than that in the book.

    It's okay to miss a few sets in your monsterbook. Remember to collect 5 cards for each mob to ensure complete a set is complete. Do that 300 times, grab some completed ores, and you're set for tt10 =]

    Stupid Question perhaps: I do not see the monster book in my inventory. Where can I see it or retrieve it?
    Might have dropped it in the past?

    It should be "B" by default, when its opened you're able to set a card as a bookmark by right clicking the card and selecting "set as cover".

    In order to use the feature though, you'll have to obtain at least one of that card, have fun farming.
