Windows XP/Vista/7 Administrator please help me (Unable to connect to the game server)

I had this problem (unable to connect to the game server).

After I've chosen my character, then I can enter the game server, but for just about 3 seconds, then the monster stop moving and then I receive a pop-up, saying "unable to connect to the game server).

I've been having this problem these 2 days and I tried relog-in, restart computer and also redownload and re-run maplelegends file.

However, when I set up the installer, after the installation was done, the system tells me that the operation requires elevation or something like that.

Please advice....

 

I do not have a guild.

P.S. Btw, I think my computer is under Windows 8 (My computer has a dual version - Windows 7 and 8)

 

Yes, it happens on both operating systems.

I have only one character.
