    Hello,

    I'm currently doing my masters in computing science. I like to have my own little projects as well, but usually lack the inspiration. It really motivates me when the project I made is actually being used. So are there any wishes for a program maple related?

    What kind of coding can you do?
    There is only 1 coding project in the works atm, a basilmarket-like solution for trading.

    I'm in the endstages of making an advanced HP wash calculator in excel. I'd like to have it released in the shape of a webpage, so feel free to do that when I release it.

    Jk but a web app like basilmarket for auctioning items would be perfect. The functionality and database stuff should be pretty easy, it would just be very time consuming.

    I agree that this would be nice.

    If you want, we could team up and work on a database/auction site. I'm almost done with the auction site so it wouldn't take too long.
    If you have the time, check out Flask. It's what I'm using to make my site and it's awesome.

    What do you mean with a database? Something like hidden street?

    Well I can't just let excel be the backend for a website, it will have to be rewritten in a coding language. But if it's nothing more than a few formula's, this is no problem.

    Sounds like a cool project but it would be extremely time consuming so I don't know if I'll ever have the time for it.

    A full program that includes every up-to-date hairstyle would certainly be time-consuming to create indeed but you can always create a base and update it from there.
    Afterall, the first step is always the hardest but its the only way to reach the second step. SlimeWink

    *From what i understand, the original bannedstory was made with Adobe flash which is a program i used before but washed out most of my knowledge in AS3 after support for flash was dropped.
    Depending on whether i have spare time, i'd definitely like to create a sample version with Gamemaker to see if it works out since Unity and Visual studio seems a little overkill. SlimeSealed

    If you do happen to want to do it in VS, I can throw together a set of functions that return image sprites from the client, and can tailor it to the character parts. Might also help the OP, cutting down the amount of time it'd take to put together a tool? :D
