Low Assassinate MP usage on dash

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):


    Dash happens even with no MP left. MP check happens after dash.

    What is supposed to happen?: Maybe a bug, maybe not. If it's a bug, no MP used on dash. If not, dash should not work with insufficient MP
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Using Assassinate
    Extra information (optional):
    Assassinate is 2 skills in one causing MP to be used twice I believe?
    So I assume it's why;
    If you have the darkness curse on you, you can dispel/acp before the dash to not miss.
    Also getting sealed before you dash ends with you dashing but hitting a miss.
