Asus Rog Ally Gr2D Error

    I've tried multiple guides for custom resolution utility, AMD driver settings, ini file settings, etc. No go unfortunately.

    Figuring this is due to the nature of the device since it uses a custom amd gpu and is recognized as a laptop with touch input by other software.

    Worst case figured making this thread might lead to a new patch for the device later on. :)

    Hey Ryuko,

    Facing the same issue here with my ROG Ally.
    I did have a steam deck before which I got ML running on windows 10 though, I managed to add a custom resolution through CRU (Custom resolution tool).
    I couldn’t actually set the resolution, but just having it in the list was enough for ML to run perfectly fine.
    I did try the same thing with my ROG Ally (on windows 11) and the resolution is not showing up.
    The trick in CRU on my steam deck was adding a resolution of 768x1024.
    The thing is even adding this doesn’t make the resolution show up in the screen settings of windows 11. Also not in the advanced display options.

    Hi deckedMS, yeah curiously enough I noticed CRU made the Rog Ally view the drivers as altered too. Windows 11 didn't seem to respond to compatibility mode settings either for the legends launcher.
